#1 Version History On each individual file, there’s a vertical ellipses Opens context menu Right click, then select “Version History” Every time you made changes and saved manually, it saved a new version Can go back and use earlier version of the doc

Can select who can share Can share up to 15GB

#3 Sync Local Files Check on whether we can do this at school….
Click sync option Creates onedrive location on harddrive that corresponds to onedrive in the cloud Automatically does the sync If you work offline for awhile it’ll update for you Can work on same file at home or at work.

#4 Co-Authoring Files Multiple people working on same file Live edits
Has to be in Word Online, in browser

#5 Drag Files to Upload Don’t have to do any more than drag onto the file location Is this the place to show OneDrive Mapper Tool? Do this last?

#6 Recycle Bin Separate from version History
If deliberately delete, it will go to recycle bin, and you can click and restore to original location Will be stored 90 days before permanent deletion

#7 OneDrive Mobile App OneDrive gives you 5 mobile licenses in addition to 5 regular licenses. OneDrive Mobile app shows same files and folders as you have in OneDrive on the desktop Can open a folder and go to a doc Can open the doc with the online version of all the Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

#8 Shared with Me When people share with you, the files come to the “Shared with Me” folder You can edit the doc and it updates in real time in their OneDrive Works just like any regular network shared drive location

#9 Search Everything Search box in upper left corner of OneDrive window More powerful than the search in Word or Excel or any other O365 program. Displays all found instances of the search term Allow filtering to narrow the search by the date created/last saved to the program the file was made in and/or is a product of.

#10 Tile Preview View Upper right corner Choice to display as tiles
Shows a much better preview of the file so you can more often find the file without having to open it all the way up to see the contents
