A law is a plan decided by the citizens and passed onto congress. A law is a bill before it becomes a law.

They are the people who create an idea for a law. They write the law.

It includes the president and his cabinet.

5. Judicial The judicial branch makes sure the laws are fair.
They decide if people are guilty and the consequences.
