Cultural Vitality Cultural vitality is defined as evidence of creating, disseminating, validating, and supporting arts and culture as a dimension of everyday life in communities. It belongs to us all—not just ‘the arts community’.

Economic Development To measure how a country is doing you have to ask what is growing, not just how much it is growing. After all anything can make the economy grow: more sickness, more crime, pollution, natural disasters, war, resource depletion.

Implementation Our Rotarian adopts one street
Creates a team of 5. A Rotarian chairman, with 4 others handling the 4 pillars of happiness. The street is tagged as a Rotary happy street A website documents all this and ensures sharing of information
