To make all MTS IP-related test specifications globally and freely available on the World Wide Web
VoIP (H.323, H.248, SIP, SIGTRAN)
IPv6
To provide an easy to use web interface to this material which facilitates on-line browsing and downloading
To develop macros and scripts that ensure rapid processing of specification revisions into the required web format
To develop and extend the use of on-line database technology, particularly in the access of IPv6 test specifications
