4. Process for Acquiring Capacity
Submit Transmission Service Requests through TEP and UNSE OASIS websites
Submit a written application utilizing the respective Long-Term Firm PTP Transmission Service Applications located in the “Applications” folder on the OASIS websites
Transmission Coordinator will review application for completeness
Transmission Coordinator will determine how request can be accommodated based on POR/POD
If transmission is available then a Transmission Service Agreement will be provided
If transmission is not available then a System Impact Study will be conducted to determine the upgrades necessary to meet the request
