1 Subject
This criteria applies to the visual quality of IMR.
The defects that are not indicated in this criteria should be discussed separately.
2 Inspection Environment
-Method：Visual check
-Inspection Distance：400±50mm
-Type of Light：White light
-Viewing time：5～10seconds per image
-Viewing angle:45degree to the object
-Illumination：1000±200Lux
3 IMR Film Color : Color and Gloss
Check in light box by the D65.
Make the limit sample of the film to make sure the color would
be ok.
4 Inspection criteria

Cosmetic Inspection Criteria for Picasso-Printed Surfaces
Inspection Conditions: 750~950 Lux, at 45 cm (18 in), 45 +/- 10°, for 10 sec.
Class 1-A defined as surface area with no Picasso-printed image.
Class 1-B defined as surface area with Picasso-printed image.
For Picasso lot-size-1 (LS1, customer can select from large library of images)
2nd tier supplier is responsible for correct image, image quality, color and registration
ODM is responsible for ensuring correct image and no gross image defects (for example gross misregistration or part of image missing)
