21. The near Square Paolo VI is the religious heart of the town with the Duomo Vecchio (Old Church), called also Rotonda and he Duomo Nuovo (New Church).

22. In the near Via dei Musei, you reach the Broletto dominated by the Torre del Pegol (XI cent.). Broletto is a group of medieval buildings originally realized in wood and successively restored between 1200 and 1400 in stone and terracotta.
During the following centuries, as a consequence of the alternation of different dominations, Broletto was modified and restored several times: the result is the combination of different styles, from the romanesque to the neoclassic of the latest restorations.
