Q: How can a leader fail? A: By being threatened by the success of a team mate, as well as failure to enforce rules and regulations equally

A: Dealing with seemingly petty differences between individuals that inhibit team work

I believe leadership qualities are both inherent traits that are brought to the forefront and honed by mentors who believe in sharing and a desire to see an individual succeed.

Katy has been recognized for numerous awards, such as TVMA Technician of the year, and patient advocate. She has lectured at international meetings as well as national, state and regional symposiums. Published articles and book chapters.
