10 Operational Cost - Boiler Replacement
The estimated cost of replacing three boilers (1950’s and 1960’s vintage). Estimated cost per boiler - $90,000 - $100,000 Total Investment - $270,000 - $300,000 Current Annual Repair Costs - $31,000+ year payback period for repairs only. Increased efficiency will also lower payback time frame.
