Due to HR on April 5, 2019 3 Signatures and Overall Rating Required FAQ’s Eligibility: Benefits eligible employees (not in intro period) in regularly funded positions Intro period reviews completed after January 1 will serve as annual review Fixed term employees: review not required but strongly recommended Employees and supervisors on leave Shirley Mata can assist with collecting feedback (360 & skip level) Last year of paper reviews! Salary Planning 3% Merit Pool
There should be an alignment between merit and performance rating 3% placeholder for vacancies and intro periods Data is reflective of position and compensation details as of 7/1/19 Employees with less than 1% merit should have a documented performance issue resulting in a PIP or written warning Pages open for entry on 4/8/19 Submission to VP for approval due 4/15/19 VP approval due 4/23/19 Letters will be distributed by 6/7/19 Questions?

Second Year - Market Study Implementation
Timeline Received 1.2M for Year 2 of the Market Study Implementation Currently analyzing variable scenarios for eligibility criteria to maximize allocated budget funds. Finalize with the Budget Office early April. Communicate and discuss eligibility criteria to this group and to all staff thereafter. Details of individual market adjustments to each VP and letters for them to distribute. Market adjustments effective 8/1/18.
