Constitution of 1917: guaranteed rights to workers and women, labor unions, called for land reform Social Reforms: attempts at improvement in education, libraries/schools established Economic Nationalism: end economic dependence on foreign powers, develop own economy Cultural Nationalism: rejected influences of Europe, took more pride in Latin America
