[Manage Compliance Types] Introduction
In the Compliance Module users can view, record information and manage corrective actions relating to topics such as Meetings, Toolbox Talks and anything else your business chooses to record. In this guide, we'll show how to customise the Compliance Menu Item names, and the 'Type' picklist available to users when adding a new record.

[Manage Compliance Types] Vault Settings
Compliance Type options are available in Vault Settings, which can be found under the profile icon, towards the top of the screen. ‘Vault Settings’

Click to expand the Compliance Section, then click Compliance Types

A list of Compliance Types, which are the menu items users will see in Vault are displayed on the left of the page Note that Vault can be configured with up to 7 menu items of your choosing

[Manage Compliance Types] Edit Compliance Type
To rename or hide a Compliance Type, select Edit next to the item Type in a new name in the Type field

To hide a Compliance type, untick Active Compliance Type Click Save to apply changes, or cancel to cancel the change

To change the position of a Menu Item, click the up or down arrows

To edit the 'Type' picklist available to users when adding a new record, first click on the desired Compliance Type Click Add to add a new Type

Type the name you wish to use and click Save, or cancel, to cancel the change

To Edit or Delete an existing item click the appropriate button

Note that this change is permanent and cannot be undone Note that changes made here are committed as soon as they are entered - there is no need to click a ‘Save’ button and therefore changes cannot be ‘Cancelled’ once made
