4. Click on the ACES project on the Left (highlighted) to access your team. “All LC Materials & Resources” host public/shared info like the ACES toolkit.

5. Select Your Team (it will be the only team available) on the left or in the middle links.

6. To Populate forms, click on it first on the left or in the middle of the screen.

7. Select the form you’d like to edit.

8. Click “Form Entry” Tab

9. Add one or more records. Click “SAVE FORM AS DRAFT” if you wish to return and edit the form. Once you are finished, press “Save and Submit Form.”

10. If you get “lost,” these buttons can help

11. If you want to return to the main home page, click the little green arrow in the upper right of your screen.
