2 Step 1 Prepare the subscribers list

5 Leave unselected. Message manager will remove duplicate entries
Upload the file Leave unselected. Message manager will remove duplicate entries

6 Click to see details about the uploaded list
Create the list The list is then processed by the system. Once complete the light turns green Click to see details about the uploaded list

7 Click to download file with error reasons
The duplicate entry was automatically removed

8 Step 2 Schedule the campaign

9 Create List Based Task Click on New tasks and then on List Based

10 Setup Task Information
Enter the task name Set the time zone to run the campaign Set the notification s Click <Next> button and navigate to List & Filter Tab

11 Config List & Filter Select a target Subscriber List for the broadcast

12 Config List & Filter Select or Create a Filter (Optional)

13 Config List & Filter Select or Create a Filter (Optional)

14 Config List & Filter Select a Blacklist (Optional)
Click <Next> button and navigate to Message Tab

15 Configure Message Write a custom message or Select one from existing Templates List Enter TPOA, Operator ID and Session ID (Optional) Select a Hub Account Click <Next> button and navigate to Schedule Tab

16 Click Preview to check how the messages will look like

Click <Next> button and navigate to Confirmation Tab

20 Managing Campaigns

21 My Campaigns screen - Statuses
New The campaign has just been created and can be deleted Processing  This occurs 15min before the Campaign start time. When in this status the Campaign cannot be stopped or deleted. RunningThis occurs when the Campaign is being sent. When in this status the it cannot be deleted, but it can be managed. Completedall messages have been sent to the messaging hub. ErrorThe Campaign hasn’t ben sent.

23 Managing a campaign Then go to the ‘Schedules’ tab. When the Campaign is running it will be in status ‘Pending’ before the start time and ‘Sending’ after the start time. When in this status the campaign can be: Paused  When pressing the ‘Pause’ button message manager will attempt to pause the campaign as soon as possible. The Campaign can then be resumed using the ‘Resume button’. Stopped  The Campaign is stopped. Its status on the ‘My Campaigns’ screen will switch to ‘Completed’. A stopped Campaign cannot be resumed.

24 Keeping the ‘My Campaigns’ screen tidy
Campaigns that are completed can be either: Archived: select the Completed campaign and then press the ‘Archive Selected’ button. The Campaign will be moved to the ‘Archive’ tab and the report data will be available. Deleted: Select the Completed campaign and then press the ‘Delete Selected’ button. This will remove the campaign data from message manager. Note: Deleting a campaign removes it from the User Interface, it does not stop the messages from being processed. Deleting or archiving a campaign is possible only once the Campaign is in a final status (Completed, stopped, …)
