Step 1) Each partner needs to fill and submit Form C for the period 1 April March 2015
Step 2) After having received the Final administrative Report (FORM C) at month 42 the Coordinator
submit the Administrative report to the Commission
Step 3) After having received the Final FORM C the Coordinator will provide the partners with a new payment until a maximum amount of 85% of their share.

Step 4) After final approval by the European Commission the Coordinator shall distribute the balance between funding sent to the Partners since the beginning of the contract and the total expenses accepted by the Commission within the limit of the budget allocated to each Beneficiary as detailed in Annex I of the Grant.

and fill on line the Form C about your real costs that you have claimed from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2015, ONLY related the JHEP projects.

In order to avoid mistake I remember you that for
each type of cost you need be very precise and in specific:
For Personnel cost: indicate the name, the function,
the WP or WPs where was involved
For traveling cost: indicate the name of person,
the venue, the date, the title of the meeting
For other costs (is catering, print, etc):
all information that can be useful to link the cost to the JHEP
project.

In general I remember you that we decided that:
All cost (personnel, travel, etc) incurred for JHEP meeting
need to be considered under the category
MANAGEMENT COST (WP1).
All cost (personnel, travel, etc) incurred for the
other activities (SC meeting, AB meeting, Bruxelles meeting,
WP4 – WP6 meeting) need to be considered under the
category COORDINATION COST.
