1 Year 9 and 10 Transition Days
Friday the 6th of May All to arrive into the sports hall for 8:45 and sit in tutor groups. Students led to their tutor rooms by their tutors. Y10 Assembly 9:00 Y9 Assembly 9:30 P1 9:15 – 10:00 Tutor time with tours and Induction Pack Break 10:00 – 10:15 P2 10:15 – 11:35 Tutor Time Continued tours and induction pack Y10 Careers session in this time provided by CDU. P3 11:35 – 12:15 Normal lessons in new building. Lunch 12:15 – 13:10 Assembly 13:10 – 13:25 (year 9 and 10 in tutor group order) P4 13:25 – 14:25 Normal lessons in new building.

30 The new school will use a cashless system—this means you use your finger print to pay for your lunch. Your parent/carer will need to load money on to your account before you can buy anything. If you have free school meals an allowance will be added to your account each day. Letters were sent home by post earlier this term for parents to sign up to ParentPay and the new biometric (fingerprint) system. All students should have returned the permission slip for the biometric system otherwise you will not be able to access the canteen. You need to make sure you sign it yourself as well as your parents/carers. If you haven't brought your letter back yet it is important that you bring it in as soon as possible. Important note: Parents must put money into the school dinners fund in parent pay. We had quite a few students whose parents had put money into parent pay but had not put it into school dinners so they could not have a meal.
