3. Draft MSFD CIS Workprogramme following Marine Directors of 30 May 2013 distributed to PCG, MSCG and to RSC secretariats
Consultation period until November 2013; regional components (e.g. for Mediterranean and Black sea) are being developed
Adoption planned by Marine Directors in December 2013
Position of PCG in CIS confirmed
Leading role of PCG planned for Project coordination and Science-policy interface
PCG expected also to contribute to information exchange with RSCs addressing issues possibly to be resolved in the short to mid-term by research groups or projects.
