Type B Aortic Dissection on Magnetic Resonance Angiography Dissection originates just distal to origin of left subclavian artery (arrowhead). *True lumen, and **false lumen are shown. (A) Black blood imaging, illustrating a fenestration between true and false lumens (pointer). Thrombosis in the false lumen in the descending aorta is suggested by failure of the blood pool to null or a grayish appearance of the lumen (bracket).
