Certification/Licensing
Many Veterans when they leave have skills and experience that would qualify them for their civilian occupations However certain companies require specific license or certification that the member might need outside the military

Licensure Licensure means a restricted practice or a restriction on the use of an occupational title, requiring a license. Licenses are typically mandatory

Certification Demonstrates unique skills or abilities
Certification is typically optional credential also some states or occupations may require

Certification/Licensing
Federal, state or local Law may require Hire only employees with certain credentials Improve employee prospect for promotion Demonstrate to civilian employers their skills are on par

Apprenticeships An apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training. Provide affordable paths to good jobs and, ultimately, careers.
