1 Senior English 2/21/17 How does Isaac Walton react to the end of Frankenstein’s tale and meeting the creature? Did you hear about the guy who lost his left arm in a car crash? Mundungus – Very old word for smelling like garbage or dung. Often used to refer to bad smelling tobacco. Goals – Complete lecture notes on the Archetypal lens for literary criticism. Discuss the lesson of Frankenstein wishes to impart on Walton. Homework – Complete the “continuation” questions if you have not already done so. Begin study of Week 19 vocabulary words. He’s all right now.

Homework – Get a good working draft of your intro paragraph done. Try to do topic sentences for each of the body paragraphs. He says: Dad, I want a new car.

What do you call Santa’s Helpers? Amplexus – The rutting of frogs and toads. Should be used instead of a profanity. Goals – Complete vocabulary #19. Introduce vocab. #20 words. Homework – Complete topic sentences and include grounds/quotes that you will use to support your argument essay. Subordinate clauses.

Goals – Review “attitudes” sheet then discuss your paper ideas in a small group. Review assignment and rubric then take notes on Marxist critical lens.
