“If the parents aren't present on collection, have them contacted so they can reconsider if they want to be there. We were told my daughter was to be transferred overnight, not given a time and told we would be called when the team arrived. We spend the night waiting and stressing only to find out the transfer happened at 20:00 not 6am! Hospital has told team we didn't want to be there, I doubt many parents feel this way, and we didn't.” “This was a lovely transfer and a lovely team.” “Transport twins at the same time, saving multiple trips & long waits to hear they arrived safe.” “Just to be able to travel with the baby”
