Higher levels of membership offer distinction adding an honorific component to Academy. Lessons to Share (what works and what doesn’t) Be sure that the selection committee is clear on selection process & criteria Be open to feedback on the process for choosing fellows & distinguished members General membership renewal should be streamlined
