BELS is a four-day course, that provides the participant with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, and skills required to effectively manage at GE. This course is designed with both self-paced learning components and classroom group learning activities. The self-paced learning activities consist of e-learning and self-paced learning modules found on Self-paced activities address the information, facts, knowledge necessary for the development of the skills and behaviors taught in the facilitated classroom elements.
