3. Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session you will have completed Outcome Two in your portfolio by:
Demonstrating an understanding of the origins of attitudes and how they can be challenged
Explaining the consequence of discrimination

4. Assessment Portfolio: Task 2A
Demonstrate how your attitudes have been formed and adopted and give suggestions on how to challenge these attitudes.
Use a timeline to help you identify key influences on your attitudes suchas family, friends, media and school

5. Assessment Portfolio: Task 2B
Identify some of the ways in which attitudes can be challenged on a personal level, in your college, community, workplace or sports teams.

6. Assessment Portfolio: Task 2B
Write a short account of how discrimination can be
a) positive and/or
b) negative.
