PHMSA Technical Assistance Grants
: PSC: Educating the Educators: Pipeline Procedure and Safety Education Program 1) core curriculum to train educators by virtual delivery and verifiable grading system for education reliability. 2)Council of Mayors who create and provide access to a support network and pipeline safety initiatives specific to American urban cities 3) Develop a standardized notification protocol in pipeline projects 4) to provide education outreach in the Lehigh Valley through workshops internet, local libraries regarding the role of federal, state, and local agencies 5) Identifying first responder training needs in conjunction with new Chester County 92 acre Public Safety Training Facility : Southeast Pennsylvania Partnership TAG Awards Allentown: Mayor’s Council on Pipeline Safety Chester County Commissioners and East Brandywine Township: Chester County Initiative PA LWV: An Ounce of Prevention PSC: First Responder Training for Gas Pipelines
