2)Council of Mayors who create and provide access to a support network and pipeline safety initiatives specific to American urban cities
3) Develop a standardized notification protocol in pipeline projects
4) to provide education outreach in the Lehigh Valley through workshops internet, local libraries regarding the role of federal, state, and local agencies
