Universality is ensured beforehand by qualification guide
Team event viability is fundamental for the future
2 more team events require more wildcards
Reductions of slots in some classes require more wildcards
Once universality and team events are secured, athlete performance will be considered again by selection committee.

No medical attest considered (they are easily forged)

Format ensures a super-exciting competition
