The rules of six
When presenting text on overheads or power point slides, it is a good idea to use the rule of six, which means:
A maximum of six lines per slide
A maximum of six words per lines
You won’t risk overloading bullet charts with to much information

Using a verb (stress, emphasize, etc)
Using rhetorical questions
I’d like to stress the following point.
So, just how good is the results?
I’d like to emphasize that our market position is exellent.
Why do i say hat?, because....
Using what
Using adverb + adjective construction
What really important is how much we are prepared to invest.
I think this fact is extremely important.
It would be completely wrong to change our strategy at this point.
What we should do is talk about intercultural problems.

Prepare each visual carefully and separately
Check weather the visual really shows what you are saying
Make sure your audience can read the visual (font size & colour)
Find effective headlines
Keep design and content simple
Use bullet charts for text
Reduce text to minimum
Always prepare audience for visuals
Present information clearly and logically
Remember the rule of six
