4. Criteria
A Rep can only receive a badge at the end of the year IF they have attended or engaged with their role at least 3 times. It can be one option more than once but students MUST attend at least one SSCM/give feedback for it:
Attend Welcome Rep Training in October
Attend a Staff Student Committee Meeting
If unable to attend SSCM, collect feedback from students, write up and send to the Course Leader in advance.

6. Who is responsible?
Course Administrators will track attendance of the Student Reps and input this data onto a Central Spreadsheet.
This way, rep engagement will be closely monitored.
