1. Goals and Success Criteria
Review goals & objectives established in sales Landscape of company: size, processes, types of work Are there any urgencies? How do you define success? Are there any known concerns? Do you have a roll-out plan? What are your usage expectations at go-live? All jobs in the system (large and small)? Complete financial planning for all jobs? All work orders created in JobCheck for all jobs? All PM’s managing jobs using the mobile app? Production meetings conducted using JobCheck?

Owner: Success Planning, Change Manager Project Lead: Project & Team Manager Admin Lead: Enrollment & Usage Manager PM Lead: Enrollment and Usage Manager Accountant: QB Connector Success Manager Who would best fit these roles?

Success Requirements Allocate and designate time for roll-out responsibilities Prioritize implementation duties Establish accountability within the team Empower team leaders Enroll & educate all staff members in the change Commit to the implementation plan, as designed Pay careful attention to all instructions, verbal and written.

4. Critical Workflow Changes
Have you considered what will need to change? Where/who do you anticipate the most change management? What workflows will be affected? Production meetings? Work order creation? Scheduling – who is available to work? Photos and notes capture? Financial planning – updating progress amounts Task and Work order management Stage and milestone updates

5. Incentive Program Does your team and staff know anything about JobCheck? How will you enroll them in the change? How do you plan to motivate your team? How do you plan to keep them engaged and committed to roll-out success? Have you considered incentives?
