2 STATUS The process of approval of action plan for RKVY- RAFTAAR has been advanced for Allocations to States for under RKVY RAFTAAR were made on 11 States have held their pre-SLSC meetings till date. 8 States have held their SLSC meetings for till date. All other States and UTs should hold their SLSC meetings as early as possible for release of funds. All States are requested to clear unspent balances and submit UCs to enable release of second instalment of funds by October, 2019.

3 Preparation of DAP, SAP and SAIDP must be ensured.
STATUS The orientation of RKVY RAFTAAR was changed for the period to States should focus on infrastructure related projects. Preparation of DAP, SAP and SAIDP must be ensured. Progress of geo-tagging is not at a satisfactory pace.

6 To ensure timely seed support to deserving incubatees within R-ABIs.
Pre Seed Stage Funding Develop an innovative idea based on technology, service, business platforms etc. and launch a business. After two months of agri-preneurship orientation, interns will qualify for Idea/Pre-Seed Stage Funding. Recipient will register as legal entity and to be an Indian start-up as per DIPP definition. Each selected start-up will be provided seed stage funding as 90% grant up to a maximum of Rs 5 lakh Seed Stage Funding To ensure timely seed support to deserving incubatees within R-ABIs. Translation of minimum viable product to marketable and scale-up product and business. Selected incubatees will be provided incubation and seed stage money as 85 % grant up to a maximum of Rs. 25 lakhs. The recipient should be a registered legal entity in India within minimum of two months of residency at the R-ABI. The recipient has to be an Indian start-up as per DIPP definition. .
