a right according to natural law, a right that cannot be taken away, denied, or transferred. Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Judiciary branch – the branch of government charged with the interpretation of laws and the administration of justice; the judiciary. Democracy- government by the people Use your text book or device.
