Differential intracellular localization of ISS in human PDCs. Purified PDCs were cultured with fluorescent ISS for 90 min, then fixed and stained intracellularly with antitransferrin receptor (TfR) or anti–LAMP-1 antibodies and imaged by confocal microscopy as described in Fig. 4.
