Calculate recipes Use the West African FCT for raw ingredients composition It is important to have composition data on these dishes Important to have a beginning point data should be built on purpose (face a specific public health problem, social considerations, etc…) Many things to learn from Moroccan and Tunisian teams Approaches in establishing foods lists Ingredients quantifications Flexibility, adaptability in data gathering, Etc… This is an opportunity for us to generate harmonized data from the beginning
