In a broadcast mode, the communication should be uni-directional which is illustrated in Figure 1. In IEEE , broadcast mode should be announced through the preamble in subclause When the broadcast mode is set, the device should prevents a transmission of uplink data. To support broadcast mode, the coordinator should give the information about the starting and ending points of the broadcast mode to the device.
