Estimation of the proportion of Non-Tuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) among TB patients who fail RNTCP treatment.
Death Audit: Strengthening mechanisms for TB deaths reporting under the programme
Effectiveness of 12 dose Rifapentine
Sentinel Surveillance for measuring the TB Burden and trends in High Risk Group for TB.
Follow-up of Child contacts of TB patients till they attain adulthood: Do they develop TB?
All the Five Operational Study Protocols have been approved by the Global Fund
ICMR processed for Ethical approval of the study.

9. TATA INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES (TISS)

The Main Objective of the Project: DRTB Patient Counselling Services, To improve treatment adherence among MDR and XDR patients through counselling and by linking them with required social protection services.
Geographic Coverage: Four States ( Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka & Rajasthan)
Financial Progress - As on 31st Dec 2018 – 73% has been utilised
Technical Progress:- Most of the Technical Indicators target has been achieved.
