Come meet the project team and learn about upcoming work at the Terminal Core Redevelopment (TCORE) project including Concourse ‘B’ and the Western Expansion. 
The project has a 20% participation goal of which at least 8.5% shall be MBE firms. Small Business Enterprises (SBE) are defined as for-profit small businesses that are certified by either Oregon through COBID or through Washington’s State Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises.
