Recent Issues Applicants from former IRCA (APM) with expired authentications, wanting special consideration. Once authentication has expired, auditor must start as a 1st time applicant Witness audits from ANAB/Industry oversight witness activity cannot be used for authentication witness audits. At least 1 of the two witness audits for 9100 must include section 7.3 Contractor audits (AS) of organizations that have 9100 certs are considered 1st party audits, when contracted by the audited organization. (Many just don’t seem to get this) Insert Date Charleston, SC July 21-22, 2015
