3. Is there another way to do the future?
Yes, you use will/shall. But this is not what we are learning now.

4. But in English there is the verb IS! Shouldn’t we use etre?
No. The verb is go and the form in English is progressive so we use is/are going to. But the verb we mean is GO not BE.

5. Practice Are you going to eat now? What are we going to do?
They are going to make some videos.
She is going to play hockey.
I am going to go to class at 8am.
He is going to go skiing/ski in Flagstaff in winter.
