The scope of the RG A2 To analyze the LLL strategies and functions of the higher education institutes in the Bihar-Bihor Region (BBR) To investigate and understand the social (and economic and personal) needs for further learning and traning in adulthood in the BBR To make empirical reserach in the adult learner groups, participating in various fields in the higher education system in the BBR
