2. Proposal – Bob's Burgers
Objectives:
Develop a design for Bob's Burgers in Hammond, La.
Find sites suitable to fit the customers' needs.
Develop a floor plan designed with AutoCad.
Use all knowledge and resources to research the buildings codes.
Prepare required paperwork to start LEED process.

3. Site Option #1
Location: 404 University Ave, Hammond, La Gross Building area: 3,200 sf Sale Price: $615,00o *This in our opinion is the best overall location. This location is in walking distance, has heavy through traffic, and has ample space.

4. Site option #2
Location: 1000 N Oak St, Hammond la, Gross Building size: 2,300 sf Sale price: to be determined *this location features heavy through traffic, and walking distance from the engineering building. The only downfall is parking is very limited.

5. Site location #3
Location: n morrison blvd Gross Building size: 20,500sf Lot size: 3.73 ac Sale price: $550,000 Interesting location. Selling points for this size of lot for price. Also it is 1.8 miles (3min) away from campus, so ease of access is still factor.

6. Leed certification
We will be trying to obtain leed’s bd+c certification . This will be very challenging given the way the restaurant industry wastes products and consumes a lot of energy. We will be focusing on the bigger point items to try to achieve the minimum We have our work cut out for us on this aspect on the job
