Indicator data should be reported for Annexes I and II ESF/YEI indicators

3. Exceptions of first YEI reporting
Reporting of longer-term result indicators was not relevant (late implementation start)
Indicators on entities are not relevant since entities are not supported by YEI
Data on homeless participants and from rural areas are required to be reported once in 2018 (MS can opt to report yearly)

Consistency among common output indicators
Selective reporting of common output indicators have not been reported (6)
The Grand total of participants is not reported or less than total sum (2+4)
