14
Slow to Speak When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new. Proverbs 10:19 - In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise.
15
Slow to Anger? Psalm 103:8 - The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. (See also Nahum 1:3, Nehemiah 9:17, Psalm 145:8, Joel 2:13, and Jonah 4:2) Proverbs 14:29 - He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who is hasty of spirit exposes and exalts his folly. Proverbs 15:18 - A hot-tempered man stirs up strife, but the slow to anger calms a dispute. Proverbs 16:32 - He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, he who rules his [own] spirit than he who takes a city. What is inside? If you kick a barrel full of honey over, honey will come out. If you kick a barrel full of acid over, acid will come out. The same is true with us. When people do and say things to us, they do not cause our reaction, they are only exposing what is already inside of us.

23
Hatred 1 John 3: We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. See also Matthew 5:21-26

Scriptural Example Genesis 4:5-8 (AMPC)
5 But for Cain and his offering He had no respect or regard. So Cain was exceedingly angry and indignant, and he looked sad and depressed. 6 And the Lord said to Cain, Why are you angry? And why do you look sad and depressed and dejected? 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin crouches at your door; its desire is for you, but you must master it. 8 And Cain said to his brother, Let us go out to the field. And when they were in the field, Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.
25
Unforgiveness Matthew 18:15-22 – (See also Luke 17:3-4)
Psalm 66:18 - If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear. Matthew 6: For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
26
He who holds unforgiveness is someone who never knew or has forgotten what they have been forgiven of.
27
Loss of Promise Numbers 20:7-12 – 7 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 8 “Take the rod; you and your brother Aaron gather the congregation together. Speak to the rock before their eyes, and it will yield its water; thus you shall bring water for them out of the rock, and give drink to the congregation and their animals.” 9 So Moses took the rod from before the Lord as He commanded him. 10 And Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock; and he said to them, “Hear now, you rebels! Must we bring water for you out of this rock?” 11 Then Moses lifted his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod; and water came out abundantly, and the congregation and their animals drank. 12 Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe Me, to hallow Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”
