Short, repeated relearning of knowledge for an exam
5-10mins
forcing your brain to recall things you’ve covered already
several times, with breaks in between
Example of timing:
10 minutes revising
10 minutes break / exercise / eat
Repeat above for one hour
Repeat above a couple of days later
Example of revising activities:
Read notes, write some questions, cover up answers or keywords
