Routine Behavior Intervention Form(BIF)
Routine BIF occurs when a teacher sends a student to the campus behavior coordinator’s office as a discipline management technique. The campus behavior coordinator shall employ alternative discipline management techniques, including progressive interventions.

How to access it You will be able to access the new online intervention form or "referral system" through your TAC. 1. Click on the Tools dropdown menu on the top right corner of your TAC. 2. Click on Behavioral Intervention

Log In Log in using your school credentials. Example Username: John.Doe Password: ********

Creating Notes 1. Click on the dropdown menu at the top left of your screen. This will have all of your classes. 2. Pick the class for which the student whose note you want to create.

Creating Notes 3. Click on the (+) symbol next to the Notes button.

Creating Notes 4. When the window opens up you will be able to create the note for the student. 5. At the bottom, you will be able to indicate what level the incident was. Please refer to the school handbook if you have any questions as to what level the situation is. 6. Finally, press submit

Viewing Notes If you would like to view the notes you created on any of your students, or notes another teacher has created on a student you may share, click on the NOTES button on the top of the screen.

Viewing Notes If you would like to view notes on a particular student, type in their ID Number at the top and press the search icon. Then only the notes created for that students will pop up.

Creating An Intervention 1. Use the same process to log into the Behavioral Intervention portal as mentioned above and pick the class that the student for which you would like to create an intervention for is in. 2. Click the (+) symbol next to the Interventions button.

Creating An Intervention 3. A window with the intervention form will pop up. Please make sure to populate all areas. 4. Fill in Location on the upper right corner. 5. Click on one of the items from the Incidents list then press the green button with the white arrow in it. 6. Write down any pertinent information on the Description section.

Creating An Intervention 7. When you have populated all the areas, press the submit button.

Viewing Interventions To view interventions that you have created, click on the INTERVENTIONS button at the top of the screen. You will then be able to view the interventions that you have created. Also, you will receive a notification through when an action has been taken on the Intervention you have submitted.

Switching Users If you are not the teacher of a student you are reporting, THERE IS a way to create an Intervention. At the top there is an option to switch user. Press the icon to switch user

Switching Users This option will allow you to access all students on your campus by entering either the student's name or ID. The process to create the intervention will remain the same as above.
