1 Pre-Engraftment Bloodstream Infections after Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation: Impact of T Cell-Replete Transplantation from a Haploidentical Donor  Malgorzata Mikulska, Anna Maria Raiola, Federica Galaverna, Elisa Balletto, Maria Lucia Borghesi, Riccardo Varaldo, Francesca Gualandi, Livia Giannoni, Giordana Pastori, Daniele Roberto Giacobbe, Alessio Signori, Valerio Del Bono, Claudio Viscoli, Andrea Bacigalupo, Emanuele Angelucci  Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation  Volume 24, Issue 1, Pages (January 2018) DOI: /j.bbmt Copyright © Terms and Conditions

2 Figure 1 The cumulative incidence of the first BSI after allogeneic HCT from different donors. CBT, cord blood transplant; Haplo, haploidentical donor, MRD, matched related donor; MUD/MMR, mismatched related donor. Cumulative incidence was estimated using the Aalen-Johansen method, with engraftment, death without BSI, and second HCT considered competing risks. Patients neutropenic and without any of the aforementioned events were censored at day +50 after transplantation. The Gray's test for comparing subdistribution hazards across the different groups was not performed, owing to a violation of the proportionality assumption.
