As you read:
Take notes about the main ideas or beliefs of the article
List important words from the text

3. Discussion 10 Minutes – Choose a friend to discuss your article with:
What happens in your article?
What are your thoughts on the topic?
Do you agree/disagree?
What could be done differently?
What might happen in the future?

4. Closing - Thoughts Last 5 Minutes –
Take the time to really think about your reading and discussion with your partner.
Write down your thoughts about the article and the subject. Just write a journal entry about your topic on the same paper as your notes.
