This course includes all the practical elements needed to conduct an appraisal, including how to use uLearn to fully document appraisals.
Delegates will also explore the importance of good listening skills, giving constructive feedback and setting meaningful objectives, leading to more positive and effective appraisals for both line manager and staff.
