Attorney Arni Topico is a private law practitioner; a professor and supervising lawyer of the Legal Aid Committee, Bulacan State University; founding head of The Zion Bar; founding member and treasurer of International Pro Bono Alliance; immediate past president of Integrated Bar of the Philippines Bulacan Chapter and now Ex-Officio Director; director for ADR and Arbitration of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Central Luzon region and Deputy Director of the National Center for Legal Aid of the National Office of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
He is also the Acting Principal of The CLARION School.
