Increase Revenue Review of annual membership fees
First increase in membership fees since CASPR was established

The Result Increased membership fees: 2009 = $10,575 2010 = $9,975 2011 = $11,325 2012 = $15,775

Increase Revenue Focus on Sponsorship Goal- building long-term
Revised advertising, sponsorship and exhibitor process Goal- building long-term relationships with strategic partners who can provide value to our membership

The Result Thanks to our generous sponsors, we have received $25,500 revenue towards the conference

Increase Membership Awards - Engagement - Value
First Annual CASPR Awards conferred 2011 New Executive role: Membership Chair Undertook comprehensive survey of our members and shared the results Made improvements to Newsletter, Website, and added Social Media Developed and delivered the first ever CASPR 101 training
