Waste with special/challenging chemical/physical waste forms:
Many countries seem to have (mostly historical) special waste forms (bituminous waste, dried ion exchange resins...)
International exchange on how to deal with those wastes in view of disposing them is welcomed

Chemotoxic aspects of waste:
Many countries seem to have a different regulatory body and different regulations concerning chemotoxicity
Consideration of chemotoxicity of waste and radiological hazard of waste is not consistent

Poste closure / termination of license:
After closure, recommended that facility is owned by state- owned or linked organisation
In order to assure long term oversight
Besides that, interesting to see who operates disposal facilities in the world

Memory keeping:
Some countries have specific requirements
Some ask to put markers, others to remove them at license termination
Memory keeping looks nice in theory, but reality shows quick decrease of memory – (example landfills...)

Discussion on 'actif' and 'passif' measures during institutional control
Clarification is needed on what is understood as 'active' and 'passive' measures. Examples exist, but boundary between both is unclear
